Join Basso Copenhagen as Floor Manager
As a Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and leading a passionate team in one of Copenhagen’s most popular Italian-inspired restaurants. You’ll set the tone for service excellence, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable evening for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating the daily operations on the restaurant floor
- Supporting, motivating, and coaching waiters and bar staff during service
- Maintaining Basso’s high standards for hospitality and guest experience
- Managing bookings, feedback, and handling service challenges with professionalism
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service flow
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Is service-minded, structured, and an excellent communicator
- Inspires and develops their team through leadership and passion
- Speaks English fluently (Danish is a plus but not essential)
