We’re looking for Bartenders, Waiters, Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, and Dishwashers who can deliver a unique food, wine, and beverage experience while being a bit absurd and crazy.

• You’ve got freakish attention to detail, but you’re loose and crazy enough to keep the energy electric. You treat the gastronomy like a religion and the service like a playground.
• We don't care about titles or tiers; we care about you. We want to create a team that moves together, laughs together, and makes sure no one gets left behind when the pace gets crazy — because it will!

ABSURD is a total experience that breaks the traditional restaurant mold. It’s an ambitious tasting menu where the presentation is engaging, unpredictable, and loud. We’ve created an adult playground where top-tier quality meets an unfiltered international atmosphere. Because it should never be boring to go out to eat.
