We’re looking for a dedicated and spirited Restaurant Manager to lead the floor, motivate the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant during service. You set the vibe, keep the flow smooth, and make sure our Social Dining concept is delivered with passion and precision.

You will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring our waiters and shift leaders are confident, well-trained, and ready to deliver the signature Basso experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Onboarding and offboarding floor staff, as well as training and developing waiters and shift leaders.
  • Planning: Weekly/daily adjustment of schedules in Planday (aligned with EasyTable).
  • Operations: Creating structure in daily operations and maintaining a clear line of communication to the leadership team.
  • Hands-on Management: Conflict management, problem-solving, and leading by example during busy services.
  • Admin & Support: Communicating new initiatives to the team and supporting the GM with menu updates and ad hoc tasks.

What does your week look like?

You can expect a balanced role with approximately 10 hours of admin and 27 hours on the floor – typically spread across 4 shifts. Your presence is essential; you are the visible leader who sets the tone and ensures the "Basso spirit" is present in every interaction.
