The Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Cinco. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering our signature Latin American flavors while building a positive, efficient, and high-standard kitchen culture. We need a leader who loves the buzz of a busy service and takes pride in both great food and smart management.
Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Leadership: Lead by example during service and ensure every plate meets our standards for quality and presentation.

Operations: Manage scheduling, stock control, and food costs (COGS) to keep the kitchen running smoothly and profitably.
