About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’re the go-to leader for our front-of-house crew. You set the vibe, keep the flow smooth, and make sure every service is delivered with heart and flair.
You’ll be side by side with the General Manager, making sure our waiters and shift leaders are confident, well-trained, and ready to deliver unforgettable nights at Cinco.
Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and offboarding floor staff
- Weekly/daily adjustment of schedules in Planday (aligned with EasyTable)
- Conflict management and hands-on problem-solving
- Communicating new initiatives and updates to the team
- Training, motivating, and developing waiters and shift leaders
- Creating structure and overview in daily operations
- Leading status updates and keeping a clear line to the leadership team
- Building and maintaining FOH shift schedules (monthly + day-to-day)
- Supporting the GM with menu updates, operations, and ad hoc tasks
What does your week look like?
Expect about 10 hours of admin and 27 hours on the floor – typically across 4 shifts. Your presence is essential: you’re visible, approachable, and always setting the tone for service.
