The Position
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, leading, motivating, and developing the team while ensuring the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency. Menu development is handled in close collaboration with the DiningSix product team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure consistent quality in every dish served
- Manage food cost, budgeting, and supplier orders
- Optimize workflows and kitchen processes
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management and DiningSix operations
We expect you to:
- Have solid experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Be a strong leader who inspires and develops others
- Have a passion for quality, detail, and great food experiences
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management
- Speak Danish or English fluently
